HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR EB-1 LAWYER?

  • Ask your law firm about their EB-1 approval rate:
Los Angeles Immigration Center specializes on EB-1 petitions and has an outstanding approval rate. EB-1 is our primary nm focus and practice.
  • Law firm shall have a long-term experience in EB-1:
Our long-term experience and hundreds of approved petitions will help you to navigate through this very complicated area of the immigration law. Many great general practice immigration law firms attempt to discuss EB-1, but we would like to warn – EB-1 is not something which is recommended to be trusted to a lawyer who does not specialize in this area. EB-1 practice changes monthly and each requirement from the list has thousands of pages of interpretation. Non-inclusion of one sentence or just one piece of evidence can lead a denial of the whole I-140 petition.
Each type of profession and each country has its unique approach. It is recommended to ask your attorney whether she / he has experience with the specific profession (e.g. photographer, actor, model, hair stylist, film director, painter, etc.).
  • Very important! The law firm must be easy accessible and reachable through this process
EB-1 lawyer and the legal team should be easy accessible as EB-1 petition is a type of process where a constant communication between the legal team and client is a must. We provide our clients with access to a secure chat, where most questions can be asked instead of old-fashion emailing or trying to reach your attorney via phone for hours.
